Trexolux LLC specializes in Vehicle Parts & Accessories, specifically Car & Truck Interior Accessories, including Car & Truck Child Safety Seats. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We strive to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Your payment information is processed securely, and we do not store your credit card details. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

- Order Processing Time: We typically process orders within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST. Orders placed after hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Shipping: We currently offer Standard Shipping for domestic orders within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
- Shipping Rates & Times: Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) is free ($0) on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free standard shipping.
- Delivery Estimates: The estimated delivery times are from the date of shipment, not necessarily from the date of your order. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your package.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- Return Shipping: Trexolux LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. You do not need to pay for return shipping.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same eligibility criteria as returns.
