Our Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items While our goal is customer satisfaction, certain types of items cannot be returned. These generally include items that have been used, installed, or are no longer in their new, resellable condition.

Return Shipping For eligible returns, Trexolux LLC will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. This means you will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will send you the shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees for returns made within our 30-day return window.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

If you haven’t received a refund yet after the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@trexolux.com.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@trexolux.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange for a return or replacement as necessary, at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations You may request to cancel an order as long as it has not yet entered the shipping process.
