1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products
2. How to Start a Return

Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure it arrives safely.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you’ll receive an email notification confirming the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
- If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary
5. Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return the original item and place a new order for the product you want.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- First, check your bank account or payment method again
- Then, contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
